Settings Overview

Understand how you can customize the way your organization uses OrasiLabs


Each OrasiLabs tenant is created with default settings that can be customized in Settings.  These settings are only available to Tenant Owners and Administrators that have been granted settings access. 

 

 

The following tabs are available in Settings: 

  • Settings provides the ability to view and update the Tenant Owner. Only users that are Administrators are eligible to be the Tenant Owner.   You can also upload your logo which will display in the top-left of OrasiLabs once users are logged in.  A company can be provided and will appear in the student registration emails. 

  • Class Defaults provides defaults to be used when creating a new class

  • Cloud Accounts lists any cloud accounts associated with your OrasiLabs tenant and provides the ability to add new accounts. 

  • Server Policies provides the ability to view, edit and add policies that determine AWS instance types that your users will have access to. 

  • Location Policies determines where your Lab Template resources and Libraries reside. 

  • Networks provide advanced networking for Lab Template resources

  • Base images provides the ability to view, edit and add base images associated with each cloud account.

NOTE: Trial customers only have access to the Settings tab and do not have access to Cloud Accounts, Server Policies, Location Policies, Networks, and Base Images.
