Setting up Microsoft Office inside an OrasiLabs lab template
Students often need access to Microsoft Office applications during class in order to view Microsoft Powerpoint slides or view Microsoft Word documents. There are at least 3 possible ways to use Microsoft Office applications in an OrasiLab lab:
Install Microsoft Office directly into the Lab Template using your organization's Microsoft Office license. This option requires enterprise Microsoft Office license and will consume one license for each student lab started.
Have students install Microsoft Office into their labs using their personal Microsoft Office license. This option requires the student to login to their Microsoft Office 365 account and will consume one of their available device installations (5 allowed, by default).
Use the free Microsoft Office for the Web application (https://office.com). This option requires a Microsoft Account to login from the web browser. Any Microsoft account can be used. A free generic Microsoft Account can even be created (e.g., "mytrainingid@outlook.com").
