Does OrasiLabs support using headsets for audio conferencing?

OrasiLabs will work with any headset

In general, OrasiLabs will work with any headset (wired or wireless) that is supported by your web browser.  Most popular headsets work without incident.  Please note, though, that you may have to enable the microphone feature in the web browser itself.  How this is done will vary by browser.

For example, in Google Chrome, you can use the Site Settings options to enable/disable microphone functionality.  To do so, first select View Site Information (represented as a padlock icon next to the URL name) and select Site Settings from the pop-up menu.  Then, on the Site Settings page, Allow the site to use your machine's microphone.  Other browsers have similar functions to authorize the use of local machine resources by website.

However, there are rare cases where specific headsets are not supported by a particular browser and so will not work with OrasiLabs either.  If you are having trouble with a specific headset, refer to the support for your specific web browser.

For example, if you use Google Chrome and are having trouble with your microphone, please see the suggestions on the Google Chrome Help Site.
