Access the help center and our product support team.

Help Page Overview

Logged in users can access the Help page via Help in the top right of any OrasiLabs page.

Depending on your exact circumstances and the urgency of your issue, the Help page offers a variety of ways for you to get assistance.

Help Options

The following options are available from the Help page:

Visit Help Center: The OrasiLabs Help Center will open in a new tab. The Help Center contains articles relevant to both administrative and non-administrative users. Some articles will contain detailed steps explaining how to perform a task such as creating a lab template or a class. Other articles will contain short answers to commonly asked questions. You can use the Search box at the top to search for relevant articles or browse the Help Center topics.

Start a Conversation: An option to have a live chat with our support team will open in the bottom right of the page. Send Us A Message will allow you to send a question to our support team and receive an answer right in the chat window. From the chat window, you can also Search our articles for an answer in the help center.

NOTE: The chat option is also available from the chat icon in the bottom right of the Help page.

Easy Access to Common Topics

At the bottom of the Help page, you will find links to common articles found in our Help Center. These articles will help with the most common tasks performed in OrasiLabs as well as links to product updates.
