On-demand classes go through the statuses of Scheduled, In Session and Finished. Unlike instructor-led classes, these statuses occur automatically based on the start and end dates defined on each class.

Once classes are created, they will remain in a Scheduled status until the start date is reached.

When the start date is reached, on-demand classes will transition to In Session. The class will remain In Session until the end date is reached. The exact end time will be at midnight of the tenant timezone on the class end date. If you need to keep the class running longer, you can edit the class and extend the end date.

Once the end date is reached, the class will automatically transition to Finished. The class will remain in the Classes list for 7 days before it is permanently removed.
